By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the Gold Pay Digital App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the App immediately. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Regulatory Disclosures.
1. Eligibility
To use Gold Pay Digital, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years of age.
- •Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India.
- •Complete the required KYC verification before accessing regulated services.
2. User Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed using your account. You must:
- •Maintain accurate account information.
- •Protect your password and OTPs.
- •Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access.
3. Digital Gold & Silver Transactions
Gold Pay Digital enables eligible users to buy, sell, save, and redeem digital gold and silver through authorized bullion partners.
- •Transactions are executed at the live market price available at the time of confirmation.
- •Completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except as permitted under our Refund Policy.
- •All holdings are maintained with authorized bullion partners.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Charges
Prices displayed within the App are based on live market rates supplied by our authorized partners.
- •Applicable GST and statutory taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
- •Buy and sell prices may differ due to market spread.
- •Additional charges, if any, will be displayed before confirming the transaction.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Gold Pay Digital responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
- •Provide authentic KYC documents.
- •Use only your own bank account and payment instruments.
- •Ensure sufficient funds before initiating transactions.
- •Keep your contact information updated.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- •Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or money laundering activities.
- •Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
- •Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- •Misrepresent their identity or submit false documents.
- •Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, content, designs, and technology used within Gold Pay Digital are the exclusive property of Gold Pay Digital Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer
Gold Pay Digital provides its services on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from technical interruptions.
Precious metal prices are market-driven and may fluctuate frequently. Gold Pay Digital does not guarantee future returns or investment performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Pay Digital Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- •Your use or inability to use the App.
- •Network failures or service interruptions.
- •Market price fluctuations.
- •Unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
- •Actions of third-party service providers.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or breached any applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
12. Changes to These Terms
Gold Pay Digital may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised versions will be published within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
